All content must comply with applicable laws. Users must ensure that the content they upload does not threaten the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India or engage in activities that could harm public order or relations with foreign states.
Zero Tolerance Policy
Saiket Systems maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy for:
● Discrimination: Content or behavior that discriminates based on age, sex, gender identity, religion, caste, ethnicity, disability, nationality, race, sexual orientation, or other protected categories.
● Hate Speech and Violence: Content that promotes hate, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups.
● Criminal Activities: Content related to organized crime, criminal activities, weapons, explosives, or terrorist activities.
● Illegal Goods and Services: Sale or promotion of illegal goods, drugs, controlled substances, or sexual services.
● Dangerous Content: Content that showcases dangerous challenges, pranks, or activities.
● Harassment and Bullying: Content that harasses, bullies, or uses abusive language, including cyberbullying.
● Misinformation: Content that is misleading, false, or intended to spread misinformation.
● Self-Harm and Abuse: Content that encourages or glorifies self-harm, abuse, or suicide.
● Animal Abuse: Content related to animal abuse.
● Marketing and Scams: Multi-Level Marketing, referral links for money, fake job openings, and spamming.
Nudity, Pornography, and Sexually Explicit Content
Saiket Systems strictly prohibits:
● Nudity and Pornography: Content that is obscene, sexually explicit, or pornographic, including images or videos that expose private parts or portray sexual activities.
● Sexual Exploitation: Content involving sextortion, revenge pornography, bestiality, necrophilia, or child pornography.
● Exploitation: Content that exploits or endangers individuals, including solicitation for sexual services.
Intellectual Property
Content must not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others. This includes:
● Protected Works: Literary, musical, dramatic, artistic works, or any content not original to you.
● Third-Party Identifiers: Logos, trademarks, or trade names used without consent.
Content found in violation of intellectual property rights will be removed, and repeat offenders may face suspension or banning.
Non-Consensual Content
● Consent: Posting content, including images or videos, of others without their explicit consent is prohibited.
● Privacy: Do not post personal, financial, or sensitive information of others without permission.
Violations will result in immediate removal of content, and repeat offenders may lose access to the Platform.
