Position and Duty Aspects

The primary duty of an Analyst Trainee at Cognizant is to help end customers with technical issues and make sure their IT systems and services are running smoothly. One of your main responsibilities will be:

  1. First-Line Technical Support: Respond to questions and concerns from end users on information technology.
  2. Troubleshooting: Fix software and hardware problems with little downtime.

Qualification Requirements

You need to be qualified for this job in order to apply for it:

  1. In 2022, 2023, or 2024, you will graduate.
  2. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, mathematics, physics, chemistry, statistics, electronics, or a closely related field is required.
  3. Score of at least 50% in Grades X, XII, and Undergraduate.

  5. A background in the field is not necessary.
  6. Postgraduate applicants are ineligible.
  7. Not eligible: BE/B.Tech, B.Com, BA, B.Ed.
