We are not connected to any government body, university or training provider.
Saiket Systems offers a remote, unpaid, task-based internship in data visualisation for students, freshers and graduates. It suits people who can already open a spreadsheet and want assignments that push them to present data clearly. Check the dates in the overview table, then confirm on the official page that the form is live. The syllabus and internship length are not published, and the length is fixed only in your offer mail.
Enrolment status
Dates listed, acceptance to be confirmed as of 4 October 2026. The overview table shows a start and a last date, but the provider’s terms (last updated 21/06/2025) say nothing about batches or how applications are handled. Open the official page and make sure the form accepts submissions before you plan around those dates.

The application window runs for about a month after the start date, so you can prepare properly instead of applying in a hurry. Level, language and syllabus are not published. Those are the three questions to send to the provider.
Who is this course for?
It may suit:
- Students of statistics, commerce, engineering or science who have coursework data but have never had to explain it to a reader.
- Self-taught learners who can make a chart in a spreadsheet and want outside feedback on whether it communicates anything.
- Freshers and graduates aiming at analyst, reporting or BI roles who have certificates but no finished work to show.
- Learners who tend to abandon projects halfway and need an external deadline.
Skip it if you need a stipend, a placement route or a qualification an employer can formally verify. The provider describes the program as independently run and says it promises no job.
What you will learn
The provider publishes no visualization topics, tools or hours for this track. Its general claims are live projects, mentorship and “industry-ready” skills, which describe the format and not the syllabus. So we cannot tell you what you will be taught. What we can give you is a way to judge it.
When your first task arrives, check whether it trains judgment or only software clicks. The table below is our own yardstick for the choices a good task should make you practise. It is not the provider’s curriculum.
| If the question is about | Usually fits | Watch out for |
| Change over time | Line chart | Too many lines; keep to four or five at most |
| Comparing categories | Horizontal or vertical bars | Bars that do not start at zero exaggerate gaps |
| Share of a whole | Stacked bar or a simple table | Pie charts with more than three or four slices |
| Relationship between two numbers | Scatter plot | Reading a pattern as proof of cause |
| Ranking | Sorted bars | Alphabetical order hides the ranking |
| Geography | Map, only if location drives the story | Large regions dominating small but important ones |
A task that gives you a dataset and a question, and leaves the chart choice to you, is worth much more than one that says “recreate this dashboard.” Recreation teaches the tool, and the choice teaches the skill.
What a good submission looks like
Take an illustrative case: monthly sales for four regions over a year, shown as a 3D pie with a rainbow palette and no title. A stronger version uses a line chart with one highlighted region, a headline such as “East region sales fell for three straight months while the others grew,” a labelled y-axis with units, and a one-line note on where the data came from. The data is identical. The second version tells the reader what to notice.
Eligibility
The provider lists students, freshers and graduates. No age limit, ID requirement or device specification is published. Use this checklist:
- Are you a current student, a fresher or a graduate? Yes / No
- Do you have a laptop or desktop and a stable connection for remote work? Yes / No
- Can you submit tasks on a fixed schedule? Yes / No
If the first answer is No, write to saiketsystems@gmail.com and ask whether your situation qualifies. If the second is No, arrange access before applying, since building dashboards on a phone is rarely practical. If the third is No, the better move is to wait for a term with fewer clashes.
Certificate and recognition
You can finish in one of two ways. Submitting through the official form earns a digital certificate within 10 working days of review. Submitting by email gets only a confirmation that the internship is complete, with no certificate and no further documents or support. Decide which route you want before you submit, because the two cannot be combined.
The provider calls its certification “recognized.” Its own terms add that certificates are issued under its own brand and that the program has no affiliation with any university, government body or certifying organisation unless stated in writing. The ISO 9001:2015 certification it cites, from TSN Certification Private Limited, relates to its quality management system and does not accredit your certificate. In practice, a recruiter hiring for a visualization role will usually open your charts before reading a certificate, so treat the certificate as supporting evidence.
Career and job outcomes
The provider cites 265+ industry hiring partners and 12,00,000+ learners, but attaches no placement data, so we cannot verify either number. Its terms state that completing the internship does not mean any job or future work, with Saiket Systems or anyone else. The realistic gain is experience you can describe in specific terms, such as the dataset you worked on, the decision a chart supported and what feedback changed your design.
How to enrol
The portal steps for this track are not published, so follow the official enrolment link in the overview table. After you apply, the process runs like this:
- Apply through the official link before the last date.
- Confirm any offer within the stated time. Silence counts as acceptance.
- Read the offer mail for duration, schedule and your mentor’s contact.
- Complete each assigned task and update your mentor on progress.
- Submit through the form or by email, depending on the route you chose.
Documents and requirements to keep ready
No documents are listed. Keep these anyway:
- A working email address you check daily, because the offer and all communication arrive there.
- A folder for each task holding the original dataset, your working file and the final export.
- A running log of mentor feedback with dates.
If a dispute about completion ever comes up, these records are your evidence.
Common mistakes and problems
- Publishing work on a public gallery. Some free dashboard tools publish your file publicly by default. The terms say all work created belongs to Saiket Systems and confidential information cannot be shared without permission. Ask your mentor before posting anything, including screenshots.
- Leaving personal or company identifiers in your files. Strip names, emails and account numbers from datasets before sharing them with anyone.
- Missing the confirmation window. You may be treated as enrolled without having decided.
- Going quiet for weeks. The terms expect regular contact and allow removal for inactivity.
- Applying in the last week. The form closes on the date in the overview table, and a remote program gives you no one to ask in person if the page fails.
- Treating the first task as a formality. It shows you what the rest of the internship will be like. If it contains no choices at all, ask the mentor how later tasks differ.
Is it worth it?
It is worth trying if you want assignments, deadlines and feedback, you already have basic spreadsheet skills, and you accept unpaid work. It helps most with the step that self-study skips: showing your work to someone who tells you honestly where it fails to communicate. It helps least if you need credentials or placement support, or if you cannot commit regular hours.
Before you drop other commitments, wait for the offer mail and read the duration. Judge the first task against the table above, and decide on the certificate route only after you have seen what the tasks involve. If the work turns out to be recreating given charts, the learning will be thin and you should say so to your mentor early.
How to succeed in the course
Prepare before the start date. If you are starting from a basic level, a short plan before 10 October is enough:
- Days 1 to 2: practise a line chart and a bar chart in your usual spreadsheet using any free dataset.
- Days 3 to 4: learn pivot tables, since most real datasets need summarising before charting.
- Day 5: redraw one chart you found online, fixing its title, axis labels and colours.
- Day 6: write three sentences explaining what that chart shows to someone who has never seen the data.
During the internship:
- Write the question each chart answers in one line before you open any software.
- Sketch on paper first, so the tool does not decide the design.
- Show your chart to a friend for ten seconds and ask what they took from it. If they miss your point, redesign it.
- Ask your mentor to critique your choices, not only to confirm the numbers are right.
FAQs
Do I need coding skills? Not stated. Check the first task to see whether it expects a spreadsheet, a dashboard tool or code.
Which software will I use? The provider does not list any. Before installing, note that Power BI Desktop runs only on Windows, while spreadsheet tools and browser-based dashboard tools work on most systems.
Can graduates apply, or only current students? The provider lists students, freshers and graduates as eligible.
Can I show my charts in a portfolio? Only with permission, for the ownership reasons given under common mistakes. A safe alternative is to recreate the same skills on a public dataset and show that instead.
Does the confirmation email count as proof of completion? It confirms that your internship is complete, but it is not a certificate.
What if I fall behind? The terms require on-time submission and mention no grace period, so tell your mentor early.
