Managers of Business Banking Relationships: Essential Duties
The following are some of your primary duties as a Relationship Manager with the Business Banking Group:
- Discover and cultivate new business connections via prospecting and networking events.
- Attract new business banking customers through its Working Capital Products to increase the bank’s client base and revenue.
- Relationship Management with Clients: Get to know current clients’ financial situations inside and out so you can provide them with individualized solutions that will help them succeed.
- Collaborate with other departments to efficiently meet client demands.
- In order to give the greatest advice and solutions, you need to be well-versed in the market and up-to-date on industry trends, banking rules, and current situations.
- Maintain happy, loyal customers by keeping a close eye on their accounts and responding quickly to any concerns.
- Service to Customers: Meet all customers’ needs quickly and with great customer service.
Profile of the Ideal Candidate
The following qualifications are required of candidates being considered by IndusInd Bank:
- Requirements: A graduate degree from an accredited university.
- A minimum of six and a maximum of seven years of relevant work experience is required, with an emphasis on corporate or business banking.
